  • Process payroll changes as provided by the client. Calculate staff allowances, deductions, company
    contributions, tax calculations, leave encashments and such.
  • Electronic leave record will be maintained on the payroll system with the assistance of client.
  • Generate monthly reconciliation and variance reports in electronic format (pdf).
  • Parameter changes as and when required.
  • Payment authorization & payment reports emailed at least 48 hours before.
  • Secure transfer of client funds to staff banking accounts and creditors accounts.
  • Continuous data integrity audits.
  • Complete disaster recovery programs, business continuity service, comprehensive data backup &
    restore services.
  • Statutory returns prepared (EMP201, UIF, EMP501)
  • Pension / Provident administration and assistance as required.
  • Tax Year end processes (IRP5, EMP501, etc.) Interim and Final Tax submission file prepared & vetted for errors as per SARS provided format for import and submission via e@syfile.
